Rates
Preferred Customer Rate: $20 an hour with an minimum of 10 hours per month retainer agreement. **Hours must be used within the month purchased. Unused hours will not roll over.
Hourly Rate: $25 an hour. One hour minimum per project.
Rush projects: $30 an hour. Two hour minimum per project. Includes after hour projects and same day service.
Billing
Billing Schedule: Invoices are sent on the last day of the month. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
All projects are billed in 15 minute increments and billed at the hourly rate. Additional expenses incurred such as couriers, facsimilies, postage, etc. will be billed separately. First time clients are required to pay half of requested hours prior to the project being started.
Payment
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept payment through PayPal only. (Credit cards accepted.) If you do not have a PayPal account, you may open a free account at PayPal
